KB Facing Burpees

Score: Total Time

For this WOD you will complete 15 Long Cycle Press, 15 KB facing Burpees, 12 Long Cycle Press, 12 KB facing Burpees and so on through 9, 6 and finally 3 reps of each. 

For the KB facing burpees you will face your KB, complete a burpee and when you stand you will jump with two feet over your KB, when you land at the other side turn to face your KB again and complete a burpee before returning to the other side to repeat for the required reps.
