10 Goblet Squat
10 Press

Start the clock and perform 1 minute of taps or you can row, do single unders or low step-ups, then 10 goblet squats, and then 10 presses for 10 rounds.

For the Goblet Squat hold the weight at your chest.  Feet shoulder width apart with the heels down.  Lift your chest and tighten your belly.  Reach your butt back and down.  Keep your heels down as you drive your knees out.  Ideally you will get your butt lower than your knees at the bottom with heels down, knees out, and chest up!  Drive through your heels to stand!

Sub: Air Squats 

For the shoulder press you can use two KB’s from rack position.  Focus on keeping your rib cage down as you go into the press.  Press until it’s completely locked out overhead with the biceps by the ears. Drop and reset for the next rep. You can use 1 KB and single press - 5 each side. 

You could perform the presses from a seated position as an added challenge!
