3 ROUNDS FOR REPS

1 min max quarter squat jumps

1 min max jumping lunges (Alt.) 

1 min max air squats 

1 min max back step lunge 

1 min REST

Score: Total reps each round. 

 

Quarter Squat Jumps, Hinge at the hip, bend at the knees, like a traditional squat you need to make sure to squeeze your butt and push your knees out as you lower down; don't let your knees cave in. Continue down until your knees form a 45-degree angle to the floor and explode into the jump. 

Jumping Lunges, keep your upper body straight, with your shoulders back and relaxed and your chin up. engaging your core, step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle and then explode into the jump and switch to your other leg. 

For the Air squats, start with your feet shoulder width apart. Ensure you keep your chest high and your heels digging into the ground, move your butt back and down until your butt is lower then your knees, avoid collapsing at the bottom, drive up from the bottom position and stand fully.

Back Step Lunges, keep your upper body straight, with your shoulders back and relaxed and your chin up. Engaging your core, step back with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle and switch to your other leg.

REST
